Is there anyone here in my area? I'm looking for someone to prospect with on the weekends. Me and my husband enjoy it as a hobby. Still looking for that big hit. Lol

I dont know where hes at, but theres a fella here called Strickman who used to post regularly and I know he prospects out of Georgia somewhere. Maybe he can give ya some tips.

Thank you for the quick reply. I'm part of the GPAA but I just can't seem to find anything and I don't know where the public places are that I can visit and not get shot because I'm on private property. Lol

Look up the Allatoona Gold Panners in a google search. We take folks out regularly and teach them.

This past Saturday we took out a group of 20+ that was about 50% newbies and 50% old timers to teach em.

I live in Temple, GA and have been in quite a few creeks in the north GA area it's been a few weeks since I've been out ( new baby) and may be a few more till I'm able to go back out but I would like to meet up with few people to go do some prospecting in some local creeks. Maybe I could learn something new, maybe I could teach something new send me a message and I'll try to respond as soon as possible
