I am looking for tips/advice from honest people only!
I am looking to prospect the following places..
I have private land 60+ acres readily accessible in cherokee county on
Broad river, near where highway 18 crosses.
a huge hole ravine about 50 yards from the river.
A few small springs leading into the river.
I panned them all hard and havnt found squat
Found alot of black sand and garnets in the springs.
I have private land readily assessible very close/ adjacent to a well documented
Gold mine off of hammet grove road near pacolet river (look on hold map)
in Spartanburg county on the cherokee county line.
With two creeks full of gravel, black sand and I have found no gold.
I have also prospected other places and found many garnets of every color of the rainbow
And black sand but no gold. The best I have found is alot of metallic silver dust that could of been
Platinum or silver or something useless and it's just dust
and one creek produce what look like some type of gray metal chunks
Like iron or Tin

My methods for the past couple of years is to dig and pan.
No dredge no high banker I stopped using sluice after no luck.
My panning is top notch
