Question About Google Maps

So, I've searched Maps for a few minutes and found several shipwrecks laying on the ocean floor off the coast of Hollywood, FL. Something else I've noticed, there seems to be specific spots that are NOT blurred. I know what I think, but I pose the question: does Google HIDE unique features on their maps?

Dont know about the area your talking about but they do hide some areas

hmmmm, I still have questions but I need to find them...

If you look in historical images with Google Earth, certain years will be much better and in close sharp. Reason I believe is, same year was a lot of storms eroding beaches, exposing shipwrecks.
