When you want to make your own programs.

Smaller box for tighter torrence. Larger box for looser torrence.

What I am trying to do is use the frames to separate the nickels and pull tabs. Got any INFO on that???

10-11-06 is a nickle 99/9% of the time. Use a medium box so you don't eliminate the worn, cruddy coins. I use a patern (medium box) set for $1, 1/2 Q,D N and several gold rings. You will still get some other readings (some tabs, tinfoil scraps of aluminum) but you will learn to hear the difference and recognize the No's. Pennies generally come in ar 4-28 & I hunt in ferris tone

When editing the frame size will reject or allow more signals. A bigger box will reject or allow signals close to the selected box. A smaller box does not respond to signals other than the exact one programmed.

Born2Dtect is correct

I was off sick. Smaller the box the tighter the torrence. But this is still not a sure fire way to limitate different targets. I used my X-1 probe to made a U.S money program only. I usually detect with this, then switch back to all metal to clean up everything else around old home sites. This works pretty good for me. Hope this helps.

Forgot to add

I used the med. box the make my coin program. If you use the small box you will miss out on some coins.( two coins in the same hole or crusty coins. )
