In between doing the family thing this afternoon I managed 20 minutes of digging at a beat site that was plowed this spring. Targets were coming fast but then the rain started pouring, someone was gawking at me and the wife was sitting in the car so once I hit the coin I decided better to leave.
5 buttons and the beat up George III, one button has a faint oval with something crossed inside. Just glad to get a few minutes in on Christmas day, and a full hunt hopefully this weekend!

That's near as many old targets that are something, as I dug, and I was out there way longer than 20 minutes! :)

I was surprised how quickly the targets popped out, I've been there before with not much at all for an hour.

My brain tells me I see something, but I can't figure it out. I'd fail a rorschach test lol.

Haha, the more I look at it the more I see. Maybe next time I'll have a nice clear button to look at.
I'll go with indian with head feathers going on, and a knife in his mouth! :headbang: ...or a fish, or whatever.

Now that's feeding the addiction...Christmas day with wife waiting in the car...(eyes wide open smiley).

Seems many targets left, good luck on the weekend.

I'll take your word on the copper.

I figured I shouldn't leave her in the car too long on Christmas day :P
Coin was in better shape, dunked it in the hot peroxide just to get the dirt off and promptly forgot about it, made it way worse. Can barely see the bust now, but that site has popped lots of goodies from that time frame over the years.
