Yeah I've tried to brave the heat a couple of times down here and always come away drenched in sweat (and ticks, and dirt, and mosquito bites).

That key is awesome, I like the 4 leaf clover on it.

Nice finds.

You got HEAT

I'll trade you for some Korean rain. Nonstop for almost 4 weeks. Fruit rotting on the trees.
Vegetables and vine fruit rotting in the water. Flooding, mudslides that are killing people. More rain than in the
last 20 years, and already more than we had all last year. And our heavy rain season is still ahead of us.
Great hunt Johnny. Sounds like you don't have to go very far from home to have a successful hunt.
Have you found an original house site on your property? Continued successful hunts, fellow THer.

That's a cool key. I wonder how old it is and what it went to

steelheadwill · Jul 12, 2011

Nice coppa and interesting key...
Must have something to do with T Roosevelts 'Square Deal' reforms. CA. 1901.
Antitrust, anti big business, Maybe allowed a group of small businessmen to construct a new building.
Grateful, they had a commemorative key blank designed.
There may be some info on this at your local historical society.
Great Stuff
