I see Amazon sells wrappers for Eisenhower, Morgan and Peace dollars, the $20 roll. Not a dumb question at all. It would be highly unusual to see Morgan or Peace dollars in a roll, but if you did, they would most likely be in a paper roll used for Ike dollars and they were used in the late 1970's. I have bought CWRs of dimes that were stamped with a bank name that went out of business about that time, so the paper rolls can stick around for decades.
Silver dollars have been 38.1mm in diameter from 1840 to 1978, so paper rolls used for Ikes would fit any of those.
Oh yeah, oops, congrats on the finds Smokey.Fistfulladirt, that's news to me. Cool. Wish I had enough to fill a roll.

I’m wondering if I should try and sell some of my Ike’s by the rolls instead of individuals.
Plain Jane mixed date Ike’s, Buy-it-nows on ePay $2 free shipping. Is there a market for the regular, circulated clad Ikes? I've used them to hold down paper money tips.
I spent mine today. The looks you get are priceless!
if it’s not plastic, it’s always “fake money.”Oh absolutely. I like to do that every once in a while. Heck even my wife bought some food from the grocery store and paid with some halves and the cashier told her that they couldn’t take fake money and had to get a manager to allow the coins. I could only imagine what it would have been if it was an Ike.
For extreme fun, get a $2 bill.
You can almost hear the "Hallelujah Chorus" when I ask for some at the credit union. They are NOT popular.
