Good Morning, everyone!

Well, I am up before the crows again. I've already finished my morning readings and am working on my second cup of coffee. I'm giving thanks today for surviving yesterday. Geez Louise! I ended up with 69 Likes yesterday! Most "likes" ever received in a day for me. Normally takes 3-4 months for me to rack that many up. I thought I was going to have a heart attack! Now don't go forgetting that I am wired differently than all you dudes. Oh! Wait a minute! Maybe that's the plan. Hmmm. What are you after? Cakes? Cookies? Brownies? Pies?

I had posted over in Bottles and Glass a week or so ago about how BuckIdgr and I went to an insulator show in Indiana. Well, my husband was telling his tournament partner about it. Just so happens he is an engineer. He said he would pick me up some along the railroad. Here are three so far. (I'm not sure if I have to share with BuckIdgr or not)

heres the rocket launcher im working on oddjob. There woud be 6 fishing rod holders mounted in it and also a rod gimbal in the front. A cutting board fits in the recess over the cup holders. Its 2 pieces of joined teak that have been glued and coated in west systems epoxy. Now im applying coats of clear acrylic urethane with uv inhibitors for outdoor marine environment. This is what has virtually replaced oil base varnishes in marine use now. Im 4 coats in and its time to knock the dust back with 400 wet paper and then start the finish coats. I will more than likely buff the clearcoat when im done. I also am a fine finish guy too oddjob. Flake, pearl, candy apple, lacquer, all types of urathanes, polyester, vinalester etc etc etc.... I love it all !!!

You going to use some of that Firewood you have and replicate it. Man you know it would really pop, and likely anyone who could afford to buy it would likely want you to replace a few other items on their boat with the same Firewood.

The supervisor is a part bobcat, part house cat kitten/cub. She is 5 months old and reaking havoc on the house !!! Climbing the walls, breaking the blinds, knocking things off the shelves. She was born around Christmas so we named here irma, as the hurricane was still fresh in everyone's mind. She is definitely a hurricane !! Smartest cat ive ever seen !! She is super friendly and loveable !! Ill see if I can capture an image. She never stands still long.

This one is off our fishing boat so it will go back onboard. But you read my mind about duplicating it in the fire wood !!! I made a template of it out of door skin material. This one made of glued teak is about 2800-3200$. its hard to find a piece like this from solid stock. I should be able to duplicate these from solid stock very easily. Should be a no brainer money maker for me !!
