i am going to be out of detecting for a while i bent down today to pick up something and when i did. something in my lower back popped loud its still hurting and i can't bend over

Big, small, huge, plain, ornate, lets see what you got.

But what works best is if you know what ceramic companies from your state where making back in the day.

For example GB would be keeping his eyes out for St Hedwick or Alamo pottery.

I think I'll be trying this recipe on the weekend. There's a park about 25 acres nearby that has tons of dandelions and the city doesn't use any herbicides heck it's like 10 or 15 years that they've been against the law in my area.

So I'll whip up a batch and let you folks know how it turns out.

it´s a lumbago! Nothing special but unusual for your age.
I got many of them from excessive pool playing over 37 years. A physio therapist can fix it!
No joke, I was walking many times in an 90 degree angle and wasn´t able stand straight. If you just go to an doctor, he will come up with a syringe to fix the problem but the best way is to get the vertebra/disc back into the correct position before something more can happen!

Could be growing pains. my son is your age and has them really bad right now. He is six foot eight currently, but my wife and I both think he is pretty much screwed along with the rest of our kids. We are both six foot six, and both the smallest out of our families. Her family average height is six foot ten and my families average is seven foot one.

When I was 12 I stopped growing because I hurt my self lifting weights, everyone lifts in my family, cant be a damn cattle rancher and be weak. But for some dumb reason no one ever had the time to show me how to lift correctly, I hurt my self pretty bad, folks where down at one of our Mexican ranches and grand parents where at the south African ranch. All that was left was ranch hands, cowboys and house maids; I sure was not going to buckle and say I needed to get to a hospital around them.

You do not want to mess around while you are growing. Something that can help, lay on the ground with your feet on the bed, put your rear end flush against the bed or sofa.

You want to see if it is just growing pains then mark your self on a door and check in a couple weeks.
