Screw the army and screw college. Remove the idea of working for an employer from your mind, if you could. A person with your reading and writing skills can make a good living in America. You are the captain of your ship and you gotta chart your own course. In my day the best thing we had going for us was the encyclopedia at the library. Today you got a whole world of libraries to compare, with numerous encyclopedias, in hands reach, from the Internet. Learn to separate opinion from facts and then learn everything can. Learn our Declaration of Independence, cause that's what being an American is really about.

That's my advice take it or leave it.

I screwed the thought of college long ago, ha ha! My two top job preferences are railroad conductor/brakeman, and military. I have been told that I should begin writing, and make my living that way, but I just can't. I love working, and it's all I am used to.

I remember running across the coal to get this picture. I set up on the wrong side of the hill, so I scrambled across loose coal to take this shot. As I walked back to my grandmothers house, I had a friendly conversation with a police officer, about my blackened condition.
