All over Tamps Bay there are areas that are notorious for flooding in very easily when grounds are already saturated...
Expecting serious rain over the next few days.... on.
Coastal areas here are so low lying and river folks get it every time it is like this.

Sand clumps and wet dirt is mud... so not really.
And perfect balance of moisture in both is best for MD signals. IMO

Just to throw some "chat" bones...
I admit... I really like detecting in bad weather... steady drizzle is great... love it.... ALWAYS love it after... especially after one where it is still grey and blustery and waves receding.
And the following days after are also my preferred.
But I will tell you... I have even detected in the middle of a few serious storms... even once at an angle from the wind... which only got me sniffling for a day

Im with you AARC......some of my best finds have come in bad weather.......I like it alot too. Was thinking about hunting the spanih treasure tomorrow ?? Or maybe fresh drop spot ??
