Well from what I get from it; all of us well off should give them 20 million USD to fund them to go pick up the treasure. We should pay because being wealthy makes us guilty in not believing them. Then they would grace the person with a percentage.

Wish I could, but I recently heard it was wealthy folks fault that proof of unicorns have been suppressed, so I am currently out of pocket on that venture.
