Back in the 1970's when I was a young adult and still single there was probably about 100 people or more in my social circle at the time both male and female. Mind you back then pretty much everyone it seemed were party animals.

That said a couple of the guys were gay and were ok with hanging around with the straights and us with them. No judging one way or the other. That said they weren't with their partners at these outings, that was a part of their life that they kept separate and didn't share with us.

As you say it's kind of crazy today in my case I tend to take the simplistic approach. You're either male or female depending on the equipment you were born with that's basic biology 101.

Which gender you choose to be attracted to is a choice and whether I agree or not I can't change it so I try not to judge.

But this bs about having a male body and saying your female or vice versa doesn't cut it as far as I'm concerned.

That is pretty much me. If people are consenting adults and not hurting anyone what they do in their home is none of my concern. I just expect the same treatment.

I like to discuss things. But if it is just insults and daily talking points rather than real discussion that is another thing.
In my family we always discussed stuff around the table. But the goal was to insult and tease.
Even if you switched positions to do it lol.
I am tempted. But I know some folks can get mad and hurt over politics.

Anyway, although you went to the dark side and got some cats, I was going to say my dogs are like family and losing one is horrible. But I always got another because I look at it as giving another dog a good home. Even knowing it will hurt when they pass.
My brother is a cat lady lol
I don't mind cats but I love dogs.

When I was young I was pretty much a dog person, however, my wife was a cat person. And since we were both working way back when it wasn't fair to have a dog in an apartment all day alone while we both worked.

Well we adopted a starving stray kitten and many years later we are up to number 7 and all except one were rescued cats...I guess we enjoy the punishment.....

Ohhhh No!! No scented candles out there!! The only scents that go out there is gas,cigs,gear oil,etc.... No pastel walls either! The girl on the snap-on poster stays!!!! She's the woman of the garage! Her and a life size cardboard cut out of Catherine zeta Jones stay....They were there first.!!
