Rare harmonica find!

Well, I posted this last week after i dug it out of a root cellar in a long time gone, coal mining camp. I contacted Hohner in Virginia and asked what year they made their harmonicas in Japan and they replied "never". They wanted pictures. After looking at the pics, it is obviously a Japanese Pre WWII knockoff of their trademark "MarineBand" that they never knew existed. They are checking with their German factory to see if they ever encountered one. They called it a "fantastic find". This one may be heading to the museum!
