Reale Stormy 2-25

CMDiamonddawg · Feb 26, 2011

2-25 -11 Hi TN , Temps in the high 50's , I returned to the reliable farm field yesterday . A quick two hour search , turned up some square nails , clay pottery shards , bone handle knife blade , musketballs , 2 colonial buttons ,two lead bale seals , a copper or brass tag :icon_scratch:

and a 1769 one reale , :headbang:

nice silver but worn. :P Dodging wind driven rain and 40 mph sustained winds and 55 mph gusts with lightning but still a diggin' good time . Heading back Sunday .Thanks for taking the time to stop in , CMD dawg

Storms add to the adventure ... my wife asked , " why would you go out in this weather" ? I showed her the coin and said , "this is why" , her expression ... ::)

Thanks Bob dawg

8) As awesome as that coin is, be careful of the lightening. Since the odds are that I'll never find a coin that old around here, I do enjoy watching you find them.....
