I haven't had much time for hunting lately. Last week I had to go to Durham NC on a short work related trip. It's only 30 minutes from home and I made good time getting my work completed. On my way back home, I drove over falls lake. I decided to find the boat ramp and walk a little. With time against me, I started walking. I started back to my truck after about 20 minutes with empty hands. As I approached my starting line, which was going to double as my finish line, I found this scraper.
I couldn't leave now! Ended up finding a few good scrapers a pottery shard and a point.
I also went hunting in my dad's truck and found some finds of his.
Last night I was cleaning my boat, getting it ready for the 70 degree weekend ahead and found this. I picked it up at the lake awhile back.
Can anyone tell me if this is even an artifact? It feels ground on top. I think it's a hoe but can't be 100% sure for some reason. I don't think I'll ever stop dragging questionable rocks in. Thanks for viewing!!
