Recent finds!

I haven't had much time for hunting lately. Last week I had to go to Durham NC on a short work related trip. It's only 30 minutes from home and I made good time getting my work completed. On my way back home, I drove over falls lake. I decided to find the boat ramp and walk a little. With time against me, I started walking. I started back to my truck after about 20 minutes with empty hands. As I approached my starting line, which was going to double as my finish line, I found this scraper.







I couldn't leave now! Ended up finding a few good scrapers a pottery shard and a point.



























I also went hunting in my dad's truck and found some finds of his.



















Last night I was cleaning my boat, getting it ready for the 70 degree weekend ahead and found this. I picked it up at the lake awhile back.















Can anyone tell me if this is even an artifact? It feels ground on top. I think it's a hoe but can't be 100% sure for some reason. I don't think I'll ever stop dragging questionable rocks in. Thanks for viewing!!

i would think that if they would of found the hoe,they would be happy because they would not have to spend much time on it.

NC I find those questionable stones all the time in the creeks here. We call them dangits cause there is no positive work showing on them that could or couldnt of been created by water or mother nature. I would of been happy to find one if I was back in those times. Its just too hard to say either way is what I am trying to say.
