Any building is possible to jump when you make the ramp higher than halfway up the side of the building, I see it as "NO BIG DEAL". If he wanted to do something impressive try jumping a DISTANCE of a 10 story building (WITHOUT a RAMP going halfway across the distance) and see how far he goes, then he could impress me!
