Redemption Today! Another Soldier to Add to my Collection

Got out for some fun today. Two dives. First dive a 1902 Barber dime and a merc. Plus a few of the odds and ends and the silver ring. Second dive, first signal is a high tone. It was on top! Good news, got a silver dime. Stayed right there! Second tone, mid tone! Got the ring I lost! Happy camper here. Not a lot else. Beautiful 1916 buffalo. The live 45 is from 1918. The round brass thing by the buckle is an old flashlight.

8.10 grams of 10K and of course another Roman soldier. Maybe soon I can get a whole army?

I found over 300 last year and I am doing good at getting over a hundred this year. The great thing about them is they are huge so my machine picks them up pretty deep in the muck. If there are tags you know people swam where they are dropped so moving the muck I can find coins and rings. Same with the swim buckles. If only I could get a foot of muck out of that whole area, I could really find some silver and gold!

Another very strange thing is last year I found a Barber half, 18 walkers and two Franklin halves out there. So far none? Whats up with that? I know I haven't cleaned that whole area out of big silver. Has to be a lot more. Lets see what today brings.
