Probably not, I don't know much about revolvers but searching the internet I don't see how this would fit in to one. When I first dug it I thought it was a clock gear but I've dug alot of them and haven't seen any with round holes like this.

Any Ideas?

Ive actually found one of those before, i thought it was a watch gear too, but it seems thick...either way, keep it..when you have a bag full , you can sell them to the steampunkers :P

It is not part of a revolver. Are those teeth worn down, are they gear teeth? If it is a gear I think it is a planetary gear, the holes could also be there to make the gear lighter weight wise.

I haven't had a chance to get home and clean it. I do believe they are worn
