Ring found. Hoping anyone could identify it.

I found a ring and I was curious to find out about it. It has 3 marks on the inside, '918' 'RD' and i cant identify the last one but it looks like a 'CF' or something like that. I know that the '918' is what carat it is and the 'RD' is rhodium. I believe it is middle eastern because of the colour and that it is around 22CT gold. I had added images on it (hopefully I done it right). If anyone has a clue please reply.

Sorry can't help on identity but will tell you one beautiful ring! The higher the k, the deeper the yellow.

Maybe it is a ring issued to Polish pilots?

I thought it may have been an old merchant navy seafarers ring. Seeing as they are in the Middle East a lot.
