Ring found in tot lot. Not sure on hallmark

I found this tiny child's ring in an elementary school tot lot this morning on my lunch break
Hallmark looks like it could be a miss tamp of 14k. And just the 4k is there. What do you think? I will test it after work to see if gold and if the stones are real
