Road trip to southern Illinios

I took about a thousand mile road trip this past weekend to see my new niece and nephew for the first time at their baptism. While out there I made sure to bring a couple grand with me to do a little hunting. I didn't end up finding to much silver so all you southern illinios people you can take a sigh of relief. I did end up finding 3 40%ers. The big find came in the form of large dollars. I went to one bank and asked for haves and large dollars and the tellers eyes lit up and asked how many I wanted and I said all they had and she was like can you give me a number and I just through out a large number a said I'll take a thousand not thinking they had that many. She heads to the back and comes out with a bag of dollars which added up to 955 bucks worth. Lol. No there were no silvers in there. There were a couple of circulated proofs but nothing else. So now I'm stuck with a bunch of dollars that I'm going to try and sell on ebay. Any ebay advise for a ebay newbie?

I'm no expert about ebay as I only buy on there, but you can probrably sell them in lots of 20 for $20 starting bid excluding shipping costs, someone may bid

My lots of 100 usually sell for 125 + Shipping. You should clear around a $15ish profit per hundred.

Trust me that went through my head about a zillion times. I even calculated it out to how much that take would have been. lol. Twenty five thousand dollars would have been nice. Oh well still on the quest for a Morgan or Peace dollar. Didn't you sell some Ikes not to long ago
