Wife fond this at a garage sale. Non-magnetic, has some weight to it, varies from 25-26mm.

Not Roman, but Greek Empire. Looks a little dodgy to me.

If it's real, it's an ancient Greek coin (as CRU mentioned) from Egypt minted during the reign of one of the Ptolemy rulers.
Or its an Antiochus VII coin from the Seleucid Empire. Looks like it is suppose to be a tetradrachm.
