I can't seem to find this exact one on Google.

There also appears to be an error.

It looks like it only caught half the stamp on the back, right on the top edge.

As you have found out, there are many varieties of this religious medal.
The wording, "San Cristobal protegenos" (apology for not adding the accent marks) is a request: "St. Christopher, protect us", versus a statement which would have been shown as 'San Cristobal nos protege'.
