Saturdays finds

[MKnTenn]

Went to a old favorite spot. The brass is rough from this area, but I really like finding the tear drop bullets. HH

Tear drops are not really common, we have a few places we have found them and nowhere else, and I heard they came from a armory in St. Louis Mo.

[Coin Stalker]

Very nice

Great finds!!!

[MKnTenn]

that's some tough soil, in 50 years they would be hard to reconsize

That land floods every year, it kills the brass but it makes the lead really nice. HH

[mainer]

They are 36cal, listed in McKee-Mason bullet book as #99. It says "unknown for revolver" but i heard somewhere they are for Remington Navy.
