MINERS YOUR PRAYERS ARE NEEDED..
Jerry is back in the hospital with yet another heart attack. He is being kept in a hypothermic state in order to channel all of his strength to his brain. He is on a ventilator to help him breathe and is sedated. He is in a coma. The will start warming his body slowly tonight and reduce the sedation slowly over the next 24 hours. It won't be for the next day or two before they know the extent of his brain function. They preformed CPR on him for quite awhile and he did stop breathing several times. His heart also stopped on a number or occasions during all of this. The prognosis is not good, but they said that last time. But last time his brain was not deprived of oxygen.
Please keep him, and his sister Linda, in your prayers. She may have to face some tough decisions in the next couple of days.

Its hard to imagine how much worse off miners in Ca would have it today if he hadn't come along 25 years ago and asserted himself into our politics, tough guy and irreplaceable.
