SC Coast Detecting

Wondering if anyone has had any luck detecting on Folly Beach, Isle of Palms, or Sullivans Island lately?

Isle of Palms was horribly sanded in about 2 weeks ago, I haven't been to Folly or Sullivan's Island recently, but Folly looks pretty flat on surf cam. Upper beaches may erode a little from the minus tides later this week.

I went to Isle of palms and sullivans island this past sat night . found some pull tabs and 2 quarters at the isle of palms and some spent 9mm shells at sullivans island. just wondering if others have had better luck. thanks for your answers

Haven't been over to IOP or Sullivans but have hunted Folly for the past two days with nothing but a few coins and a cell phone. But just in case you aren't aware, Folly was renourished last summer so is probably a waste of time. I only went down to test out a new CZ-21. I'm not sure about renourishment of the other beaches.

I've never had any luck at any of them. Did find a really nice ring at Hilton head on veterans day.
