I've dug up marbles at some of the old farm properties I detect at. Just got one yesterday as a matter of fact. They just happen to be in the holes I dig sometimes. One I found when I dug out a privy. There are so many neat marble designs out there.

If you want to know about marbles....give duffytrash a shout, he's definitely the resident expert here...you can check out his post under the My Collections section, I kinda hijacked it...but he was nice enough to take the time and help me with some of marbles I have....If people realized what some of them are worth, I think you'd see a lot more finds posted...
