looking to get a scoop for dry and wet sand for my at pro...so whats a good one?

My personal choice is a diamond head stainless, but it's a bit heavy.

Stavr scoops - google it, I use a Krepish (Russian for strong) - well made - fast post - in the dry digs big holes for each effort, just empty - check / sweep your hole, kick it out, sweep the spread, go for another scoop if necessary, in the water it is amazing - sand clears before you bring it up, and sick angle in the welded body for the handle..... that other manufacturers put into their handles for a flat 90% scoop! Dip your nose or not?
