Thought it was my first for awhile but thinking back I dug up another ring with no markings a few months ago that was similar in features and VDI numbers.
Knew it wasn't silver, not heavy enough for gold and the wrong area for it to be stainless.
Now that I know titanium acts kinda like gold in a way I think the mystery is solved.

I think u nailed it..appears to be titanium..it is what I wear..very light, durable and best of all..cheap!! lol after losing my gold wedding band (pre-md days)..I snatched up a nice titanium ring at a motorcycle trade show. $50 and it looks great still. EXTREMELY strong, and still perfectly round, holds the shape well. Cool find!!...ddf
