The tunnel system floods. That's why the treasure in the bottom of the tunnel system with the acorn broach and the platinum is dust free.. These are the oak trees, and there's quite a few of them. There's just a few that they're going to cut down and bulldoze that we're planted in the 1718 and 1900s..
