Server under high stress????

I've been trying to read new replies to my posts and post this topic for another example for over an hour now and I keep getting a message "server under high stress" please try again later" and a few times I couldn't even get to the home page at all "webpage unavailable at this time". What's the deal? There's only 1100 people online here. Most aren't even members and can't reply to posts, so I don't understand where the "high stress" comes to play here. Is this a scripting problem or do you need to upgrade your server or what?

Yep seems to be a Server clitch, been happening to me most of the day and has been frustrating especially when you are a Charter Member which you pay for and others don't.
