Hello all!
Headed back out to the school district I have been hunting the past few times out and covered two more schools play areas. Lots of finds, no gold today but a lot of nice sterling jewelry.
Keepers were one "sterling" ring, simple, nothing fancy found near the slide at school 2, a tiny "ster" heart pendant, with diamond cut designs fount at school 1 in the swing area, not under the swings, for the third time this year a matching pair of earrings, they are nice, little hearts and each has 15 small diamonds inlaid. They are marked "925" and "S" and I believe the stones are real because I can see inclusions inside and CZs are normally crystal clear. These were found at school 2 in the swing area beside the swings very near the very corner of the woodchip border. I think all three pair this year were found in this same area. The girls must be sitting down there or something and set them down and lose them. I also found three different hoop earring all marked "925", two at school 2 and one at school 1. A great day for keepers!
Got a nice assortment of trinkets, including 5 more junque rings, 12 pendant/fobs, and 2 earrings. Very disturbing finds were two large bullets, one at each school. The first is a 40 cal hollow point and then a silver shell 38 special. I also found a #1 Canada coin, a looney, it's my 21st dollar coin this year.
Ok, the totals, 5 hours hunt time, the seven nice keepers, 207 total coins (4th time in a row with over 200 coins) for a face value of $15.38, 31 quarters today added up.
Thanks for reading and best of luck to you all out there! HH!
