But that ended today!!! Worked until noon today and had a couple hours to kill, so what did I do?? Absolutely nothing until I went to pick my daughter up at school!! I was pretty lazy and just enjoyed the quiet until then. I love picking her up and then spending an hour with her until her mom gets home. Anyways, around 5 PM I got the urge to get out and decided to go sidewalk hunting tonight, hoping for a piece of silver and a few wheats.

It started slowly, not even finding a coin for the first 15 minutes and dug a very nice memorial cent  and then started hitting some clad coins!! I finally had a nice deep signal(meaning 5 inches) and pulled a memorial cent, then hit three quarter signals in a row, I dug the memorial cent around 5 inches and the three quarters all at about four inches. I hit another quarter signal and dug my plug, thinking I had my fourth quarter in a row, but when I saw silver, then looking closer seeing that Eagle and the size I knew what I had, my first ever Seated Half Dollar(1859-O). I have a Bust Half, Seated Half Dimes, Quarters, and Dimes, BUT not the coin. I am pumped and didn't even look at a date on the next coin I dug(Buffalo Nickel). Took a long time coming, but the rush I had made it well worth the wait!!!
