Wow.....I feel like I've been driving all day!! Well.....I guess I have! Went to a near by town and hit about eight parks today. Weather was really bad, but to me, that's the best time to hunt the Tot Lots and playgrounds!
I "accidentally" came across one park that I was unaware of and saw some sand and playground equipment and figured what the heck! Nothing around the swings....found a quarter by the slide and then noticed an exercise area....you know with chin up bars and balance beams and so forth. Well...it too was sandy, so I scooted over there and starting swinging under the monkey bars....no pun intended! Got this crazy reading....all on the silver side...but I figured it was a coin drop...started digging and saw the loop of metal...I stuck my digger in it and out popped the beautiful man's ring!! I was so excited!! It's Sapphire and Diamond in white gold! I love it!
I did stick that "lucky charm" I found a couple of weeks ago in my pouch that said "Patience". It did finally pay off!!
That's two rings for me so far this year.
Otherwise today....just the old cheap watch and very little clad. Those park are picked over something fierce!! I gotta find something that's not been hunted to death! I got really lucky today with the ring though. It was in one of those...."ya just got be going there places". Probably no bother to anyone hunting for big game.
