Sooooo , she comes in from taking the change to the bank to cash in ,when she was done she checked the return slot for any change, pulls out 3 coins that were NOT part of our change . She found a 2003 Canadian quarter , and these 2, ,,,,,,, well it does not need to be said that my lower jaw hit the top of the coffee table, even chipped a tooth
she hands me a 1799 coin ? counterstamped coin? or token? and an 1806 half cent. I believe they were dug and cleaned ? I have not been able to find out much on the Yarmouth Half Penny, around the rim it says " Payable at THK Glass ,,, Warehouse of W. Arsgion " sure would appreciate any info on that one. She has now found a 2 coins way older than any I have found,, and she didn't even turn on her detector !! Wonder what she'll bring home next
