Side notch-large, black from KY

This picked this up at a KY antique shop. The owner said it was found in KY. I paid $5 for it. Was this a good deal? Can’t tell if it’s ancient or not. Any ideas?

Has a Hardaway look to it but I’m not familiar with points from your area.
