Well, here it is...my current silver for the week.
Most of these were found in the ground between sidewalks and
street curbs. Tonight, I added to this collection with a 1934 Washington.
I dug this one up, again, between the sidewalk and curb, but just outside of the property line of a church across from where I live.
One of these days, I'm going to go have to talk to the Minister and see if he or she would be willing to permit me to hunt on the grounds proper. Not that there is much to search, most of it was torn up for the parking lot in back. But from what I saw, the dirt there is so black and pure, it would make great farm land if it weren't in the middle of a city!
