Silver Lamination Error

Hello, on spring break and hit the dimes today. $600 hand rolled and 7 silver- one appears to be a major lamination error. Enjoy

Looks to me like a line off solid metal and if it is then it's a possible Split Die Error like this one which was then struck by a Capped Die Strike . Nice find :thumbsup:

No, the two parts of the face are on different levels on the dime, with the broken part recessed into the blank.
