Does anyone recognize this silver maker’s mark?

It looks like an eagle head, which could be from a few regions of this world. It's best you post more images of the whole item, as that might help in identifying it by what it looks like in design. Is it a piece of jewelry, spoon or what.

Looks like it might be a French eagle head mark. Not a maker mark, but an official mark used on medium-sized items (both gold and silver) between 1809-1819. There are a number of minor stylistic variations (with beak both open and closed) but, during this period, they all have the head facing left in a cartouche that follows the contours of the head.

A view of the actual item would help determine if it's consistent with that mark. As Tamrock says, there are other possibilities for eagle marks, although only a limited number which conform to what you have pictured.
