Already did. Those are German hallmarks for 800 fine silver, with the 'Crescent and Crown' mark which has been in use since 1888. I don't know the maker 'Bindschedler' and none of my reference library lists a German maker with that name. Only a modern maker in Lausanne, Switzerland but apparently of kitchen accessories, not cutlery.

Adding to what I already said, the 'eagle' mark is for the city of Aachen in Germany.

That's quite some haul @pepperj. Well done!

There's the maker, and a fork had the.BS.
stamp. I'm starting to think it was a family name engraved on the cutlery Bindschedler.

I believe that it could be a 1909 pattern.

I believe you’re correct about the maker and the pattern. I double-checked, and it looks like the ‘eagle’ was only used as the city mark for Aachen until 1886. Bruckmann & Söhne of Heilbronn later used it as a maker mark for their solid silverware. By the time your flatware was made, their main production had been relocated to Lerchenstraße, Hamburg (since 1898).

The other set of 6 are Christofle plate. I can't see the stamp 😕 if there's a number for the quality of plating.
