Silver Platter - Need help please

I found this silver platter at a thrift store today and I really need some help with ID'ing the hallmarks on it. Is this even silver? Does anyone know what these marks are please? Thanks and happy hunting! - Jonathan

I think its a Lion Rampant mark on the right. Then there is a five pointed star mark in the center. I have no clue what is on the left. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks.
