I have been very lucky the past couple of weeks hunting my new honey hole school ! Got to the field early this morning at 7am and no soccer games in sight ! The first of three rings found was a silver plated one with hearts , #105 . Then I got a mix of targets and was able to hear a high tone in the mix . It turned out to be a very small sterling silver ring with a pink stone , #106 . Next good target 5 minutes later was a sweet +81 at 3 inches . This one was a first for me , a sterling silver soccer player pendent . The last ring is a 925 silver band , #107 . The other two good finds were a silver plated ear ring and a 1955D wheat cent . As for the clad found , total for two hours was $6.02 . This amount put me over the $1,000.00 mark for the year !!! It's crazy how much money is lost just waiting to be found  .
HH
Glen

nice finds congrats HH

What did you use to clean the sliver with. They really came out good.

How many hours a week do you spend out digging? I would love a 1,000 dollar a year clad total. I'm I'm the 5 dollar range

That's amazing! You must have some great hunting grounds!

It's one thing to be able to recover that much that quickly, but it also has to be there in order to get a coil over it ;-)

HH and keep it coming!

I always use Baking Soda and a little water to make a paste . Just use it on the silver with your fingers and it will come clean .

I hunt on weekends for about 5-6 hours and if I'm off work then I try hunting 6 hours during the week . Most is all found at schools . This is the 5th year in a row that I have found over $1,000.00 in clad . From January 2009 - Dec. 2012 I have found $5,718.50 in clad ! I hope to hit the $7,000.00 mark at the end of 2013 . It's a lot of digging !

Great work ! Some nice finds you have. Thanks for the share !

super fantastic totals! interesting ring in the last pic. there's a slot machine called 'coyote moon' that uses that same flute playing guy as the bonus trigger symbol

Great finds as always! congrats on the 1K mark!!!!! HH

Congrats Glen. Marvelous hunt and wonderful clad count. I wish you many more successful hunts in 2013 and beyond.

You better hope the IRS doesn't see this. :laughing7:

I like it! You are killing it

Great totals for sure , I was always stunned at how the clad adds up over time !

Very impressive accomplishment. More than worth your while, but do you ever hunt different types of locations for a "change"?
(pun intended)
