What ever it is, it's got to be a banner find. I vote banner.
 

it looks like it was holding something, flute?, trumpet?, harp? :icon_scratch:
 

In Rome he is referred to as Faunus. But i've never seen a child version of him and he always has small horns. Interesting piece to say the least.

thank you all .about the age .i found neer it 4 roman coins -constantinus
aprox 306-336 after crist.
the metal is not silver 100/100
its true i think that i missed the flute .i will return to search it.
 

It's a Satyr from Greek Mythology.
