hello, I found this piece today on an Indian village site. Circa 1780s. It is bent but straightened out may have had an (arch) in it? It is 1 3/4" long bent and 2" total unbent, it is about 3/4 " wide. There are holes along both sides and has some carving on one side. Can someone tell me what it looked like intact and what it was used for? No makers mark are to be found on this piece.
