Singapore Diamond

I just got back from another day on the beach here in Singapore.


Here's my total haul: For rings, there's a toy ring, three surgical steel rings, an 18kt gold plated ring with most of the plating worn off, a sterling silver ring and a nice gold ring with a diamond. Not a bad day, and tomorrow the Embassy is closed so I'll head out again to the beach on a Monday morning while the rest of Singapore goes to work!




My Whites v3i was able to reach down about 5 inches in the wet salt water/sand, which isn't bad, but I suspect there's a lot more further down. I just grabbed a Whites Surfmaster Pulse on eBay for $385 which should slice through the wet salty sand like butter. Can't wait!

PK, great stuff from Singapore, any of this from Sentosa Island? I was there back in the 80s while in the Navy. Always wanted to detect there and then enjoy a fosty Tiger.
