That thing is spooky!! Does looks like may have been bigger and then broken overtime to accidentally form the skull? Or does it appear to be intentional?

My Skull nuttingstone. Found on river gravel bar in central Iowa. I have found several points and knifes on same gravel bar. Crazy!
