Iron bar with hole in middle. Doesn’t look hand forged to me. It’s 4 1/2 inches long. Is it farm related? Thanks for looking.

I am pretty sure it is a wrench, but I can't remember what it went to.. maybe a valve of some sort or a clamp .. I will continue to wrack my feeble brain,

Some of the old tractors and engines that had a cannister type air filter had a retainer somewhat that?
