Small silver coin made in KY?

[Curtis]

I know almost nothing about coins, but this past week I was privileged to see two of these small (little smaller than a dime) silver coins that have a KY on one side with a raised wreath like circle and Ten Cents of the other side. Does anyone have info on these?

Maybe local tokens; not US coinage.

Any pics, pretty hard to tell from the detail
